Biography
Kenesbek Bekzhan Aidaruly was born in 1995 in the Baizak district of the Zhambyl region.
He graduated from the International Taraz Innovation Institute named after Sh. Murtaza, specializing in "Economics and Business", "Jurisprudence".
He began his career as a leading specialist in the apparatus of the Akim of the Baiterek rural district of the village of Sarykemer in the Baizak district.
In different years, he worked as a chief specialist-clerk in the apparatus of the Akim of the Baiterek rural district of the village of Sarykemer in the Baizak district, chief specialist of the organizational and inspection department of the apparatus of the Akim of the Baizak district.
He also held the position of chief specialist of the public services department, head of the administrative department of the department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in the Zhambyl region, chief expert of the department for de-bureaucratization of the state apparatus of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.
From September 15, 2023 to the present day, he held the position of head of the department for organizational work of the administrative department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs.
