Ilеbaev Lesbek Kuralbaevich

Ilebaev Lesbek Kuralbaevich was born on August 17, 1982 in the city of Taraz, Zhambyl region.
In 2004, he graduated from the Kazakh Humanitarian Law University with a degree in jurisprudence, holds a PhD degree in state and local government.

In 2004-2010 he worked as an assistant to a deputy of the Senate of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2010-2013, he studied at the doctoral program of the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, specializing in state and local government.
In 2014-2016, he worked as deputy akim of the Timiryazevsky district of the North Kazakhstan region.
In 2016-2017, he worked in the Office of the Mazhilis of the Parliament of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
In 2017-2018, he held the position of Managing Director, Acting Chairman of the Board of the Joint-Stock Company "National Company Social and Entrepreneurial Corporation "Caspian".
In 2018-2019, he held senior positions in commercial organizations.
In 2020-2023 – Deputy Head, Head of the Secretariat of the Ethics Council of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Zhambyl region.
From January 2023 to January 2024, he worked as the head of the Department of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for Civil Service Affairs in Zhambyl region – Chairman of the Ethics Council.
Since January 2024, he has been the chief of Staff of the Akim of Zhambyl region.
