Biography
Altai Sembekuli was born in 1985 in the Sarysu district of the Zhambyl region. He holds a higher education degree from the Abai Kazakh National Pedagogical University.
He began his career in 2005 at the Kazakh-Austrian joint venture JSC Rakhat as a contact center employee.
Over the years, he held the positions of manager in the Subsidies Department of JSC Damu Entrepreneurship Development Fund, leading specialist in the Astana City Court, and also worked in the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He also served as the chief of staff of the Akim of Shymkent, assistant to the Akim, deputy chief of staff of the Akim - head of the secretariat, head of the Department of Energy and Public Utilities of Shymkent, and deputy chairman and chairman of the Transport Committee of the Ministry of Industry and Infrastructure Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From November 2023 to the present, he held the position of chairman of the Committee for Automobile Transport and Transport Control of the Ministry of Transport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
