Karashukeyev Yerbol Shirakpayevich

Born in 1976. He graduated from the Bachelor's degree of Al-Farabi Kazakh State National University with a degree in economics and management and a master's degree from that university with a degree in economics, a Modern Humanitarian Institute with a degree in law.

He started his career in 1998 as the chief specialist of the Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Statistics.
