Biography
Marat Bolatovich Sarsebekov was born on March 13, 1965, in the village of Bostagan, Koksu district, Almaty region.
He holds a higher education degree. In 1990, he graduated from the Kazakh Order of the Red Banner of Labor Agricultural Institute with a degree in agronomy. In 2013, he graduated from the D.A. Kunaev Humanitarian University of Transport and Law with a degree in economics.
