Biography
Born on August 9, 1982 in the village of Uzynagach, Zhambyl district, Almaty region. In 2004 he graduated from the Kazakh National Technical University named after Satpayev,
in 2010 he graduated from the Institute named after Academician Joldasbekov.
He began his career in 2004 as a senior specialist in the Marketing Department of Kazakh-British Technical University JSC, under an individual employment contract. From 2004 to 2011, he worked in various positions. From October 2011 to April 2012, he worked as the chief expert of the Investment Policy Department of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from April 2012 to January 2013, the chief expert of the Department of Industrial and Innovative Development of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from January 2013 to September 2017, the chief consultant of the Industrial and Innovative Development Department of the Office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from September 2017 to May 2023, Deputy Director of the Department of Personnel Management and Strategy of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
