Aidarkhanov Dastan Alibekovich

Dastan Alibekovich Aidarkhanov was born in 1992. Has a university degree.

In 2014, he graduated from Vistula University (Warsaw, Poland) with a Bachelor's degree in International Business. In 2019, he received a master's degree in Public Policy from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan. In 2020, he graduated from Zhangir Khan West Kazakhstan Agrarian Technical University with a Bachelor's degree in Public and Local Administration.

He started his career in 2015 as an expert in the Non-Resident Taxation Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, where he worked as a chief expert in 2017-2019.
In 2019, he held the position of Chief expert of the Department of State Borrowing of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2020-2021 — Adviser to the Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in 2021-2022 - Head of the Remuneration Department of the Ministry of Labor and Social Protection of the Population of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Also in 2022-2023, he worked as an expert in the Specialized Department of the State Revenue Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, from January to June 2023 — Deputy head of the Aktobe region Entrepreneurship Department, from July 2023 to January 2024 — Chief inspector of the information and Analytical Department of the office of the Akim of Aktobe region.
In 2024-2025, he served as an assistant to the akim of Zhambyl region.
