Bychkovsky Alexander Mikhailovich

Alexander Bychkovsky was born on November 24, 1958 in the Belarusian Soviet Union, Brest region, Pruzhansky district, village of Krasnoe. He has a higher education, graduated from the Semipalatinsk pedagogical Institute named after N. K. Krupskaya with a degree in physical culture teacher

He began his career in 1976 as a handyman on the collective farm "Testaments of Ilyich". From 1980 to 2006 he held the positions of Chairman of regional Committee of physical culture and sport Borodulikha village, Director of children's and youth sports school of Borodulikha Department of education, instructors in sports in PI "Department of physical culture and sport Borodulikha district of EKR". Since 2008, he has been appointed head of the Department of physical culture and sports of Borodulikha district. Since April 2015-head of the Department of culture, language development, physical culture and sports of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region. On June 21, 2018, on the basis of the decision of the competition Commission, by the order of the district akim, he was appointed head of the state institution "Department of physical culture and sports of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region".
