Biography
Askhat Bolatkhanovich was born on August 12, 1985 in the village of Kalbatau in the Zharminsky district of the East Kazakhstan region.
In 2009, he graduated from the College of the Kazakh National Academy of Architecture and Civil Engineering.
He started his career in 2010 as a Design Engineer at Zhoba-Design LLP.
From 2011-2012, he held the position of Design Engineer at the Design Center, KAZTSINKTECH LLP, East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
From 2012-2015, he worked as Chief Engineer, IP Kuzembaev B.K., East Kazakhstan region, Ridder city.
From 2015-2018, he worked as the Director of Vostoxantehstroy LLP, East Kazakhstan region, Ust-Kamenogorsk.
From 2018-2019, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the City of Ridder, East Kazakhstan region, Ridder city.
From 2020-2023, he held the position of Altayenergonaladka LLP, engineer, East Kazakhstan region, Ridder city.
From 2024 to 2025, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of Ridder, East Kazakhstan region, Ridder city.
Since 03/11/2025, he has been appointed Acting Director of the Department of Architecture, Urban Planning and Construction of the Borodulikhinsky district of the Abai region.
