Kokrebayev Nayra Kulbaeva

Born in 1962 at the station Bel-Agach Borodulikha district of Semipalatinsk region. From 1969-1979, she studied at Bel-Agach secondary school. From 1979 -1982, she studied at the Semipalatinsk pedagogical school. In 1990, she graduated from the Altai state University with a degree in history.

From 1982 -1985 she worked as a pioneer teacher in Bel-Agach secondary school, from 1985 -1988 as a history teacher in Shelekhov secondary school, from 1988 -2002 as a history teacher in Bel-Agach secondary school, from 2002-2003 as a teacher in Khromtau grammar school, from 2003-2007 as a Deputy Director for academic work at N. Ostrovsky secondary school, from 2007-2009 she did not work. From January to March 10, 2009-head of the Department of internal policy of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region. On March 17, 2009, she was appointed head of the Department of education of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region.
