Biography
Alvi Alievich was born on March 28, 1991 in the village of Borodulikha, Borodulikha district, East Kazakhstan region.
He graduated from the College of Law and Business in 2009.
He started his career in 2013 as a statistician in the office of Akim of the Steppe rural district of Borodulikhinsky district.
From 2018 to 2019, he held the position of chief specialist of the Akim's office of the Steppe Rural District.
From 2019 to 2021, he worked as a specialist at the youth resource center.
From 2021 to 2025, he held the position of Chief Specialist of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of Borodulikhinsky district.
From March 2025 to the present, he has been the head of the Department of Entrepreneurship and Agriculture of the Borodulikhinsky district of the Abai region.
