Biography
Born on November 6, 1962 in the village of Novo-Pokrovka, Zhana-semeysky district, Semipalatinsk region. Kazakh, higher education. He is married and has two children.
In 2003, he graduated from the Novosibirsk humanitarian Institute with a degree in law
He started his career in September 1983 as a driver of the 3rd class of Novopokrovsky state farm technical school. From October 1984 to July 2009, he served in the internal Affairs bodies of Borodulikha district. From December 2009 to July 2016, he served as the mayor of Dmitrievsky rural district of borodulikhinsky district. From July 2016 to may 2017, he temporarily served as the head of the Department of entrepreneurship, industry and tourism of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region.
By the order of the district akim dated may 19, 2017, he was appointed head of the state enterprise "Department of entrepreneurship, industry and tourism of Borodulikha district of East Kazakhstan region".
