Biography
Anar Kairatovna was born on April 17, 1979 in the village of Novopokrovka, Zhanasemeysky district, Semipalatinsk region. In 1998, she graduated from Semipalatinsk Business College with a degree in Commercial Activity. In 2001, she graduated from the Kazakh Institute of Finance and Economics with a degree in Finance and Credit. In 2025, she graduated from the educational institution "Alikhan Bokeikhan University" with a degree in Public and Local Government.
She started her career in 2007 as a leading specialist in the Department of Internal Policy of the Borodulikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan region . From 04.2015 to 11.2022, she worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the Borodulikhinsky district of East Kazakhstan region . From 11.2022 to 07.2025, she worked as the chief specialist of the Department of Internal Policy of the Borodulikhinsky district of the Abai region. From 08.2025 to the present, Head of the Department of Internal Policy of the Borodulikhinsky district of the Abai region.
