Biography
Zhumabekov Bibarys Yeltaiuly was born on May 22, 1993 in the city of Kyzylorda.
In 2011 he entered the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, the faculty “History, Law and Economics”, major “State and Local Government” and graduated the university with honors in 2015.
In 2012, he was enrolled into the military department at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, in 2014 he was ranked lieutenant of the reserve.
Through 2015 – 2016YY, he studied at Master courses by the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda State University, the Faculty “History, Law and Economics’’, majoring in “State and Local Government” and was awarded an academic master degree in Economics and Business.
From 2015 to 2018, he worked as a methodologist in the religion affairs sub-department of the regional department of Internal Policy.
Through 2018-2020, he worked as a methodologist at the secretariat of the regional Assembly of the people of Kazakhstan by the head’s office of the Kyzylorda region, assistant to the deputy head of the region.
Through 2020-2022, he worked as the chief specialist of the Kyzylorda region head’s office - assistant to the deputy head of the region.
Through 2022-2023, he worked as the chief specialist of the sub-department for organization and inspection activities and regional development of the Kyzylorda region head’s office.
Since February 15, 2023, he has been the principal of the sub-department for work with civil society institutions of the Department of public development of the Kyzylorda region.
