Sakhiev Saulet Ernazaruly

Saulet Yernazarovich Sakhiyev was born on October 24, 1980 in the city of Kyzylorda.

1987-1998, studies at the May 1 secondary school in Kyzylorda.

1998-2002, studies at the International Kazakh–Turkish University named after H.A.Yassawi, majoring in history.

2002-2005, teacher at the department of “Politology and sociology” of the Kyzylorda State University named after Korkyt Ata.

2005-2007, studied and completed postgraduate courses at the Institute of oriental studies of the Russian Academy of Sciences in Moscow.

In 2008 he defended a dissertation at the Peoples' friendship university of Russia, major: code 23.00.04, the topic: “Kazakh-Russian cooperation as a factor of regional security in Central Asia” and became a candidate of politology sciences.

Since 2008 had worked at the department of “History of Kazakhstan, politology and sociology”, Kyzylorda University named after Korkyt Ata, then as a senior teacher at the department of “Philosophy and socio–humanitarian disciplines” as a freelance teacher with an additional 50% workload.

2013-2018, head of the information and analytics center by “Syr Media” LLP.

2018-2019, head of the department “Analysis and monitoring of international relations” of MSE “Kogamdyk kelisim” by the Kyzylorda region head apparatus.

2019-2020, director of the MSE “Information and analytics center” by the regional department of internal policy.

From April 2021 up to July 25, 2022, deputy director of the MSE “Rukhani zhangyru center” by the Regional department of internal policy.

From July 25 up to November 4, 2022, deputy director of MSE “Kogamdyk kelisim” by the department of public development of Kyzylorda region.

Since November 4, 2022, head of the “Department of religion affairs” by the department of public development of Kyzylorda region.
