Biography
Abubakir Rakymzhan Rysbaiuly was born on December 20, 1984 in Syrdarya district of Kyzylorda region. With a higher education. He graduated from KSU.Korkyt-ATA in specialty "History, basics of law and economy" and Kazakh humanitarian and law University with a degree "Bachelor of Economics".
He started his career in 2007 as a tax employee in the office of the akim of the Besaryk rural district of the Syrdarya district of the Kyzylorda region.
- 2007-2010 teacher of secondary school No. 147, Besaryk village, Syrdarya district;
- 2010-2014-Chief Specialist of the Kyzylorda City Department of Culture and Language Development;
