Alieva Aigerim Ikramovna was born on January 10, 1982 in the city of Kyzylorda, Kyzylorda region. With a higher education. Graduated from KSU.Korkyt ata in the specialties "Expert-auditor on the quality of agricultural products" and "Economist-manager".
She started her career in 2005 as a freelance inspector of the Akim's office of the Kyzylorda region.

- From 2017 to 2020, she worked as a chief specialist of the Department of Culture and Language Development of the city of Kyzylorda.
- From 2020 to 2022, she worked of the Department of Administrative and Legal Work of the Department of Internal Policy of the Kyzylorda region.
