Biography
Sarsenbai Gulnar Sarsenbayevna was born on July 25, 1986 in the city of Kyzylorda. She graduated from the Kyzylorda humanitarian college named after M. Mametova with a degree in Primary education; Kyzylorda state university named after Korkyt Ata majoring in Pedagogy and psychology. Master of Pedagogical sciences.

2008-2014 - an operator, methodologist, teacher of the department of Pedagogy and psychology at the Korkyt Ata Kyzylorda state university.
2014-2017 - head of the department "Work with ethno-cultural centers and arrainging public events" of MSE "Kogamdyk kelisim" of the Kyzylorda region head office.
2017-2020 - chief specialist, head of the sub-department of the department for youth policy of the Kyzylorda region.
2020-2022 - head of the sub-department for work with religion associations under MSE "Department for religion affairs of the Kyzylorda region".
