Biography
Born on November 19, 1979 in Ust-Kamenogorsk city, East Kazakhstan region. Russian by nationality. Has higher education. In 1997 graduated from Ust-Kamenogorsk Medical College, as a nurse, in 2001 graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University, as a lawyer.
Married, has 2 sons.
In February, 2002 joined the public service. Till December, 2007 worked as a leading, then chief expert-lawyer of the regional Education Department. In December, 2007 was transferred for further work as a chief expert to Department for Children's Rights Protection of East Kazakhstan region. From June, 2008 to July, 2013 headed Children Care and Protection Sector of Department for Children's Rights Protection. From July, 2013 to April, 2014 headed Sector for Children's Rights Protection and Spiritual-Moral Development of Personality of the regional Administration for Children's Rights Protection.
After the reorganization (by means of merging) of the regional Administrations for Children's Rights Protection and Education from April, 2014 continued to work as a chief expert-lawyer.
From November, 2017 worked as a chief expert in Akim’s Office of the region, and since June, 2019 - Head of Public Services Monitoring Department of Akim’s Office of the region.
