Biography
Sarsembinov Erken Anuarbekovich was born in 1969, has higher education, graduated from Ust-Kamenogorsk Construction and Road Institute majoring in Industrial and Civil Engineering.
Started his career in 1993 as an expert of Housing and Public Utilities Department of Administration of Bolshenarim district.
From 1996, a chief expert of Emergency Situations of Akimat of Bolshenarim, then Katon-Karagai districts.
From October 1999, he worked as a site engineer for Novaya Gavan LLP. From August 2001, a chief expert of Emergency Prevention Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk City Emergency Administration. From 2005, he worked as Head of Department, then Deputy Head of Administration for Mobilization Training, Civil Defense, Accidents and Natural Disasters Prevention and Elimination of East Kazakhstan region. After the reorganization of the public administration system, from April 2013, he headed the Department under Mobilization Training Administration of East Kazakhstan region. Since January 2022, Head of Mobilization Training Department of Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region.
