Biography
Khasen Manarbekovich Slyambekov was born on August 30, 1990, in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk. He holds a higher education degree. In 2011, he graduated from S. Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University with a degree in Public and Local Administration.
