Biography
Asylbekova Dilvara Kenesarovna was born on April 18, 1979 in Sarkand city, Sarkand district, Taldy-Korgan region. Kazakh by nationality. Has higher education, in 2000 graduated from the East Kazakhstan State University majoring in Accounting and Audit. Earned an Academic Master's Degree in Economics.
Started her career in 2001 as a leading expert of Treasury Department of Borodulikha district.
In 2002-2010, she worked as a leading expert, chief expert, deputy head of District Treasury Departments, Treasury Department of East Kazakhstan region and Treasury Department of Almaty region.
In 2011-2012, she worked as a leading accountant at National Company “Kazakhstan Temir Zholy” JSC - Ushtobi Signaling and Communication Division.
In 2013-2018, she worked as a chief expert and head of a department of Economy and Budget Planning Administration of East Kazakhstan region.
Since March 2020, appointed Head of Financial and Economic Department - chief accountant of Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region.
