Nurseitova Bulbul Kenesbekovna

Born in 1968, has higher education, graduated from S.Amanzholov East Kazakhstan State University majoring in Geography, Kazakhstan American Free University majoring in Finance.

Labour activity began in 1987 as a Pioneer leader at school, then worked as a teacher of Kazakh language and Literature.

In January, 1999 joined the public service in Housing and Communal Utilities Department of Ust-Kamenogorsk city as a leading expert. Worked as a chief expert of Accomplishment Administration of Ust-Kamenogorsk city. From March, 2004 - a leading expert of Document Control and Citizens’ Reception Department, a chief expert of Registry Department of Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region. From April, 2008 - a chief expert of Human Resources Department (Personnel Service) of Akim’s Office of East Kazakhstan region. Since March, 2018 - head of Personnel Service.
