Damira Sabitovna Arenova was born on February 6, 1970 in the village of Torgai, Zhangeldinsky district, Kostanay region.
Higher education. In 2004, she graduated from Kostanay University of Engineering and Economics with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
Career
She began her career in June 1989 as an economist in the labor industry at the Dzhangelda district State Insurance Inspectorate.
In the period from May 1990 to June 1993, she held the positions of accountant, secretary-typist of the state farm "Beskopa" of the Zhangeldinsky district.
In the period from June 1993 to June 1996, she was the head of the planning and economic department of the Dzhangelda Regional Consumer Union.
From June 1996 to February 1999, he was an economist at the price of the Zhangeldinsky district Department of Economics, GU "Office of the Akim of the Zhangeldinsky district".
In the period from February 1999 to July 2004, she worked as the chief economist of the budget department of the Zhangeldinsky district financial department.
July 2004 – January 2005 Deputy Head - Head of the Budget Department, State Institution "Zhangeldinsky district Financial Department" of the Department of Finance of Kostanay region.

In the period from January 2006 to August 2017, she held the positions of chief specialist, head of the department of the State Institution "Finance Department of the Zhangeldinsky district".
Since August 2017, she has been appointed head of the department in the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
Currently, he holds the position of head of the Department for monitoring communal property and working with government agencies.
In December 2021, she was awarded the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Tauelsizdigine 30 zhyl".
