Biography
Isabayeva Gulzhan Kystaubayeva was born on September 20, 1968 in the village of Bestyube, Seletinsky district, Akmola region.
Higher education.
In 2002 she graduated from the Kokshetau Institute of Economics and Management with a degree in Economics and Management.
She started her career in 1987 as an accountant in the Minsk State Farm of Seletinsky district of Akmola region.
In the period from January 1988 to October 1989, she worked in the Seletinsky State Farm as a seller.
In October 1989, she was hired as an inspector in the State Institution "Seletinsky District Department of Social Protection" of Akmola region, dismissed in May 1997 due to the closure of the district.
In February 1998, she was hired as the chief accountant of the Arshat Farm, where she worked until June 1999.
From June 1999 to August 2004, she worked in the State Institution "Akmola Regional Department of Labor, Employment and Social Protection of the Population" as a leading specialist, and then as a chief specialist.
Since September 2004, he has been working in the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region". She held the positions of leading specialist, chief specialist, head of department.
In December 2018, she was appointed Head of the Department of Financing of Educational, Cultural, Sports and information space organizations.
She was awarded the jubilee medal "20 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan".
