Biography
Babinets Tatiana Borisovna was born on May 16, 1974 in the city of Kostanay, Kostanay region.
Higher education.
In 1995 she graduated from Kostanay Agricultural Institute with a degree in Accounting and Audit.
She started her career in August 1995 as an accountant at secondary school No. 11 in Kostanay, where she worked until October 1999.
From November 1999 to June 2001, a leading specialist, then chief economist of the State Institution "Department of Finance of Kostanay region".
From June 2001 to June 2004, she worked as Deputy Chief Physician for Economic Affairs of the Kostanay Regional Hospital.
From June to December 2004, Head of the Department of Financing of healthcare Institutions of the State Institution "Department of Finance of Kostanay region".
Since January 2005, due to a change in the structure, she was appointed to the position of head of the Department of financing of healthcare and Social protection Organizations of the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay region".
She was awarded the jubilee medal "10th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan", the jubilee medal "Kazakhstan Tauelsizdigine 30 zhyl".
