Mirkhan Aktayevich Zhandauletov was born on May 2, 1991, in the village of Zhanasu, Altynsarinsky District, Kostanay Region.
Higher and postgraduate education.
In 2013, he graduated from the M. Dulatov Kostanay Engineering and Economics University with a degree in Economics.
In 2019, he completed his master's degree in Economics at the M. Dulatov Kostanay Engineering and Economics University.
Career
He began his career in July 2010 at the State Institution "Apparatus of the Akim of the Lermontovsky Rural District," where he worked until December 2010 as an assistant to the chief specialist.
From December 2013 to July 2015, he held the positions of controller, then inspector, in the control service at Kvard LTD LLC.
From August 2015 to October 2015, he served as assistant to the chief specialist in the department of consolidated analysis of budget execution and interbudgetary relations at the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region."
From October 2015 to December 2015, he served as acting head of the department.
