Akbala Nurlanovna Nagashibaeva was born on January 23, 1995, in the
village of Karamendy, Naurzum District, Kostanay Region.
Higher and postgraduate education.
In 2017, she graduated from Akhmet Baitursynov
Kostanay State University with a degree in Accounting and Auditing.
In 2019, she completed her Master's degree in Law at the
Zulkharnay Aldamzhar Kostanay Social and Technical University.
Career
She began her career in September 2017 at the Academy of Justice under the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan as an accountant in the accounting sector of the Administrative Support Service, where she worked until October 2019.
From March 2020 to January 2022, she worked as a statistician in the Department of Financing of Government Agencies, Defense, Public Order, and Security, then in the Department of Financing of Educational, Cultural, Sports, and Information Organizations at the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region."
In March 2022, she joined the civil service and worked as a chief specialist in the administrative department at the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region" until July 2023.
From July 2023 to November 2023, she served as a chief specialist in the department for preparing consolidated reports on local budget execution at the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region."
Due to a change in the management structure, in November 2023, she was appointed Chief Specialist of the Consolidated Reporting and Financial Support Department of the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region."
Effective September 2, 2024, she was appointed to the temporarily vacant position of Head of the Department of Privatization and Work with State-Owned Enterprises and Other Economic Entities of the State Institution "Finance Department of the Akimat of Kostanay Region."
