Smagulov Erkin Serikovich

Smagulov Erkin Serikovich, born October 25, 1974, Kazakh, graduated in 1996 from Pavlodar State University with a degree in Thermal Power Plants and received the qualification of heat power engineer, in 1998 from Pavlodar University with a degree in Economics and Management and received the qualification of economist-manager, and in 2003 completed his master's degree at Pavlodar University with the award of the qualification and academic degree of Master of Economics (Master's degree with honors).

He began his career with the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in June 1997, initially as Treasurer of the Pavlodar Treasury Department. From 1998 to 2001, he served as Senior Treasurer of the Audit Department, Chief Specialist-Treasurer of the Audit Department of the Territorial Treasury Departments, and Chief Specialist-Treasurer of the Local Budget Services Department of the Pavlodar Treasury Department.

From October 2001 to April 2011, he served as Head of the Uspensky District Treasury Department.

From April 2011 to November 2015, he served as Deputy Head of the Treasury Department for Pavlodar Region.

From November 2015 to September 2021, he served as Head of the Treasury Department for Pavlodar Region of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

As of September 3, 2021, he was appointed Head of the Pavlodar Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
