Biography
Born in 1968 in the village of Buyrektal, Amangeldy District, Kostanay Region. He is Kazakh. In 1994, he graduated from Abai Almaty State University with a degree in secondary school history teaching. In 1999, he graduated from the Almaty Law Institute with a degree in law. In 2016, he graduated from Al-Farabi Kazakh National University with a Bachelor's degree in Economics and Business.
He began his career in 1983 with the "Yunost-83" Student Production Brigade at the Buirektalsky State Farm in the Amangeldy District of the Kostanay Region.
From 1985 to 1986, he was a machine operator for the "Zhastar" Komsomol Youth Brigade in the village of Buirektal in the Kostanay Region.
From 1986 to 1988, he served in the Czechoslovak Armed Forces.
From 1988 to 1989, he was Artistic Director of the Buirektalsky State Farm in the Kostanay Region.
From 1989 to 1994, he was a student at the Abay Kazakh State University in Almaty.
From 1994 to 1999, he served in the Ministry of Internal Affairs, the State Investigative Committee, and the Tax Police Committee of Astana.
