Berdibaev Erlan Kulakhmetovich

Born on May 13, 1963 in the village of Besaryk, Zhanakorgan district. In 1984 he graduated from the Alma-Ata Institute of National Economy with a degree in economics and accountant.

He began his career in 1984 as an inspector of state revenues of the Zhanakorgan district finance department. 1986-1987 - economist of state revenues of the Zhanakorgan district department of finance, 1987-1989 - teacher of secondary school No. 239 in the village of Kenes, Zhanakorgan district. In 1989-1992 - senior economist of the Talap state farm of the Zhanakorgan region, in 1992-1996 - head of the department of the committee of economics under the akimat of the Zhanakorgan region, in 1996-1998 - senior controller - auditor of the Kyzylorda regional committee of financial control, in 1998-2010 - held various positions in the management of the Tax Police Committee in the Kyzylorda region. 2010-2014 - Director of the Bolashak-Shieli training center, 2014-2015 - Head of the State Institution "City Department of Housing Inspection" in Kyzylorda, 2015-2017 - Head of the MPI "City Department of Housing and Communal Services and Housing Inspection," 2017-2019 - Head of the Department of Administrative and Legal Work "Department of State Architectural and Construction Control of Kyzylorda Region," 2019-2020 - deputy akim of the city of Kyzylorda.

Since September 14, 2020, he has been the head of the Kyzylorda Department of State Property and Privatization of the Committee for State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Berdibayev Yerlan Kulakhmetovich was awarded a Certificate of Honor and several letters of thanks from the Chairman of the Financial Police Agency of the Republic of Kazakhstan for his conscientious attitude to his activities and in connection with the 10th anniversary of the Constitution of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

For exemplary performance of state functions and achievement of high results, he was awarded letters of thanks from the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Elbasy N. Nazarbayev, as well as Diplomas of the akim of the Kyzylorda region, akim of the city of Kyzylorda for merits and contribution to the socio-economic development of the city of Kyzylorda and socio-political, cultural and spiritual life of our region. In 2020, he was awarded a letter of thanks from the regional akim for the 25th anniversary of civil servants, thejubilee medal "10,20 and 30 years of Independence of the Republic of Kazakhstan" .
