Born in 1992, a native of Almaty region
In 2014 he graduated from the Kazakh Academy of Labor and Social Relations, qualification in the specialty - jurisprudence.
In 2016 he graduated from the Karaganda Economic University of Kazpotrebsoyuz, qualification in the specialty - economics.
Career
He began his career in 2015 as an acting expert in the Department of Public Procurement Methodology of the Department of Public Procurement Legislation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2015 to 2017 – expert of the Department of Public Procurement Methodology of the Department of Public Procurement Legislation of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2017 to 2019 – Chief Expert of the Public Procurement Methodology Department of the Public Procurement Legislation Department of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2019 to 2020 - Head of the Legal Support Department of the Public Procurement Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2020 - 2021 - Head of the Department of Interaction with Customers for Goods of the Treasury Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From 2021 - 2021 - Deputy Head of the Department of State Property and Privatization of the city of Nur-Sultan Committee of State Property and Privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
