Zhanabaev Erlan Maksotovich

Biography
Zhanabaev Erlan Maksotovich, was born on July 18, 1983 in the village of Makhambet, Makhambet district, Atyrau region.
In 1989 he entered the Makhambet secondary school in the village of Makhambet, Atyrau region, in 1997 he moved through a competition to a school for gifted children, which he graduated in 2000.
In 2000-2006 he studied at the Atyrau State Institute of Oil and Gas with a degree in economics and management.
In 2019-2020, he received a master's degree in digital public administration from the Academy of Public Administration under the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
He is married and has three children.
02.08.2006-22.01.2007 years as the chief specialist of the sports department of the Department of Physical Culture and Sports of the Atyrau region.
In 22.01.2007-26.02.2007, he was appointed chief specialist of the Real Sector Development Department of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of the Atyrau Region.
from 26.02.2007 to 08.02.2008, Chief Specialist of the Department of Economic Planning and Analysis of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Atyrau Region,
08.02.2008-05.01.2009 Head of the Department of Investment Policy of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Atyrau Region, 05.01.2009-05.01.2010 Head of the Department of Social Sphere of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Atyrau Region,
05.01.2010 - 20.05.2011 - Deputy Head of the Department of Economics and Budget Planning of Atyrau Region.
23.05.2011-08.10.2012 years appointed deputy akim of the Makhambet district of Atyrau region.
From October 8, 2012, in agreement with the presidential administration and deputies of the district maslikhat, he was appointed akim of the Makhambet district of Atyrau region and worked until April 30, 2015.
04.01.2017-26.06.2018 was appointed deputy head of the Department of Passenger Transport and Highways of the Kyzylorda region.
From June 26, 2018 to 29.09.2021, he continued as Deputy Head of the Department of Energy and Housing and Communal Services of the Kyzylorda Region.
From 29.09.2021 to 20.04.2022, he held the position of head of the Department of Energy and Utilities of the Kyzylorda region.
20.02.2023- 02.12.2024, he was appointed Deputy Head of the Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
From December 2, 2024 to the present day, the Head of the Atyrau Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
