Aliyev Kairatbek Zhakmanovich

Aliyev Kairatbek Zhakmanovich – born on June 20, 1966, Kazakh, higher education. Graduated from the Kazakh Polytechnic Institute named after V.I. Lenin (1993), specializing in "Mechanical Engineering Technology", qualified as "mechanical engineer"; NOU "Institute of Economics and Finance" (2002), specializing in management in economics, qualified as an economist; Russian Federation, St. Petersburg, St. Petersburg Institute of the State Fire Service of the Ministry of the Russian Federation for Civil Defense, Emergencies and Elimination of Consequences of Natural Disasters (2006), specializing in "Jurisprudence", qualified as a lawyer.

He began his career from October 6, 1983, to November 11, 1984, as a laborer in the village of Kok Aral in the South Kazakhstan Region.

From November 17, 1983 to November 24, 1986, he served in the Soviet Army in Moscow.

From January 22, 1987 to July 25, 1987, he was a student at the V.I. Lenin Kazakh Political Institute.

From July 25, 1987 to July 1, 1993, he was a student at the V.I. Lenin Kazakh Political Institute.

From July 20, 1993 to March 28, 1994, he was appointed Commercial Director of Asyl LLP, Almaty.
