Gumarov Menbolat Tazhbaevich

Menbolat Tazhbaevich Gumarov was born in the village of Kaiyndy in the Kaztalovsky District of the West Kazakhstan Region.
Nationality: Kazakh.
He holds two higher education degrees, majoring in law from Makhambet Utemisov West Kazakhstan University and majoring in economics and business from the Kazakhstan University of Innovation and Telecommunication Systems.
His length of service with the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan is 13 years, 2 months, and 14 days.
He began his career at the West Kazakhstan Department of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan as a youth intern in 2012.
On October 18, 2012, he was hired as a chief specialist in the legal entities department of the West Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan and served as chief specialist until 2015.
On March 13, 2015, he was appointed head of the newly created department for handling property received on certain grounds.
Since November 26, 2025, he has served as Deputy Head of the West Kazakhstan Department of State Property and Privatization of the State Property Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
