Biography
Born in Taldykorgan region.
Higher education: graduated from the Taldykorgan Construction Lyceum, Almaty Academy of Economics and Statistics, and L.N. Gumilyov Eurasian National University
He began his career in 1994 as an accountant at the Zhetysu Public Utility Company. He has been in public service since 1995, In different years, he worked as a controller-auditor, senior control-auditor of the department of State Financial Control under the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Taldykorgan, Leading specialist of the Akmola regional department of municipal property, chief specialist of the Department of state property and privatization of the city of Astana, head of the department of the Interregional Department of state property and privatization «Saryarka», Deputy Head of the Department of State Property and Privatization of Astana.
From 2021 to the present - Head of the Department for the Organization of Transfer of Property for Lease and Use of Property of Republican State Legal Entities of the State Property and Privatization Committee of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
