Askarova Mahabbat Maratovna was born on January 13, 1988 in the city of Kostanay, Kostanay region.
Higher and postgraduate education.
In 2009 she graduated from Kostanay State Pedagogical Institute with a degree in "Fundamentals of Law and Economics".
In 2010, she graduated from the magistracy of Kostanay State University named after A. Baitursynov with a degree in Law.
She started her career in February 2010 at the State Institution "Department of Entrepreneurship and Industry of the Akimat of Kostanay region", where she worked in various positions until May 2013: as a methodologist, cash register inspector, translator-assistant.
In May 2013, in connection with entering the civil service, she was accepted into the State Institution "Department of Finance of the Akimat of Kostanay region" by the chief specialist of the Department of organizational and personnel work.
In September 2019, due to the renaming of the Organizational and personnel work department, she was appointed Chief specialist of the administrative Department.
Since October 2021, he has been the head of the Administrative Department.
