We hereby inform that the draft Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Amendments to the Order of the Minister of Trade and Integration of the Republic of Kazakhstan dated April 17, 2026 No. 169-НҚ "On Approval of the List of Goods Subject to Export Customs Duties, the Rates and Their Validity Period, and the Rules for Calculating the Rates of Export Customs Duties on Crude Oil and Petroleum Products" has been posted for public discussion on the "E-Government Portal" in the "Open Government", "Open NLA" section.
The draft order provides for the collection of export customs duties on e-commerce goods exported from the customs territory of the Republic of Kazakhstan to foreign individuals who are recipients of such goods.
