Legal Framework for Countering Corruption in the SRC Department for the Zhetisu Region

The State Revenue Department for the Zhetisu Region conducts systematic workto minimize corruption risks in strict accordance with the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Countering Corruption". Ensuring legality and transparency is a priority area of the department's work.

Main Legal Mechanisms

·Digitalization of Public Services:Automation of tax and customs procedures eliminates direct contact between officials and citizens, minimizing the human factor.

·Internal Risk Analysis:Based on Article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan "On Countering Corruption", regular monitoring of work processes is conducted to identify and eliminate corruption-prone factors.

·Anti-Corruption Standards:All employees bear personal disciplinary and criminal liability for violating the norms of the Code of Ethics and the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Official Communication Channels

Upon establishing facts of abuse of official position by employees of state revenue bodies, citizens and legal entities have the right to submit an official appeal:

·Unified Platform:"e-Otinish" (for official applications).

·Call Center of the Anti-Corruption Service:1424.

·"Red Button" is a QR code placed in all state revenue bodies. Taxpayers can scan this code and appeal directly to the Chairman of the SRC, describing a specific problematic situation.

·In Writing:Through the drop boxes for appeals in the buildings of the SRD and district departments.

Compliance with the law and the principle of inevitability of punishment are the foundation of the economic security of the Zhetisu region.
