In accordance with the 2026 work plan of the KSU 'East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education 'ÖRKEN' of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region, on October 30 of the current year, a regional experience-sharing platform was organized on the basis of the KPKP 'Nursery-Kindergarten 'Aizhuldyz' of the Education Department of Ulan District' of the Education Department of East Kazakhstan Region within the framework of the republican pilot project 'Early Introduction to Labor and Professions'.
Purpose of the event: to study the experience of implementing innovative models of early introduction to professions within the framework of the pilot project, to generalize and disseminate effective pedagogical methods and techniques, to determine effective ways of forming children's interest in labor, developing creative abilities and initial ideas about professions through strengthening professional cooperation between educational organizations.
During the regional platform, the best practices of preschool teachers - participants of the pilot project - were presented, the results of the work done and effective methods of introducing children to labor and professions were demonstrated. Participants got acquainted, through master classes, with modern methods and techniques aimed at increasing children's interest in labor, developing their creative abilities and practical skills, and also exchanged professional experience.
The regional platform demonstrated that work on introducing children to labor and professions in preschool organizations participating in the pilot project is being carried out systematically. The event also contributed to the professional exchange of experience, the strengthening of cooperation between teachers, and the dissemination of effective pedagogical solutions.
At the conclusion of the event, recommendations were developed for the further effective implementation of the pilot project, and issues of disseminating best practices at the regional level were considered. Teachers who shared advanced experience were awarded. 50 teachers of the region took part in the regional experience-sharing platform.
