On October 30, 2026, as part of the work plan of the autumn vacation school of the East Kazakhstan Regional Scientific and Methodological Center for Informatization and Development of Education «Örken», a regional online seminar was held on the topic «Mentor and Mentee: Paths to Effective Cooperation».
The purpose of the seminar is to develop effective interaction and cooperation between the mentor and the mentee, to enhance professional competence through the exchange of experience, to support young specialists in their professional adaptation, and to identify effective ways of achieving common goals.
During the seminar, work experience was presented in such areas as building trusting relationships with students, the results of mentoring practice, and an effective formula for achieving success,
as well as the organization of joint activities between the mentor and the young specialist.
The seminar was attended by methodologists of the methodological offices of district and city education departments, deputy directors of schools for academic affairs, mentors, and young teachers.
Following the seminar, feedback was organized, and participants received answers to their questions. In total, 92 specialists took part in the seminar.
