Today, a meeting dedicated to measures for implementing the Address of the President of the Republic of Kazakhstan Kassym-Jomart Tokayev to the people of Kazakhstan dated October 28, 2026, was held in the conference hall of the district akimat under the chairmanship of District Akim Zhandos Yerkinbek.
The Address outlines the key priorities for the country's further development. Particular attention was paid to economic and budget planning, attracting investment, infrastructure modernization, improving tax policy, addressing the energy deficit, and digitalization.
These objectives are aimed at improving the quality of life of the population, developing logistics and new energy sources, supporting entrepreneurship, and introducing digital technologies across all sectors.
During the meeting, participants discussed the implementation of the priorities outlined in the Address at the district level, as well as opportunities to implement investment projects in entrepreneurship and agriculture that would contribute to accelerating economic growth.
The Head of the District instructed the heads of relevant departments to ensure the high-quality and timely implementation of the tasks arising from the Address and to carry out concrete measures in the identified priority areas.
The main objective is to systematically implement the tasks set by the Head of State, ensure the socio-economic development of the district, and improve the quality of life of its residents.
