The auction for the sale of vehicles organized by the Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Finland on 20 October 2026 did not take place due to the absence of applications to participate.
The Embassy of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Republic of Finland therefore announces an auction for the sale of vehicles using the descending-price method.
Auction method: descending-price bidding.
The auction will take place on 12 November 2026 at 11:00 at the following address: Hopeasalmentie 4, 00570 Helsinki.

Terms of participation and application procedure:
Individuals and legal entities that have submitted an application in due time and paid the security deposit are eligible to participate in the auction.
Applications are accepted and participants are registered in writing at the following address: Hopeasalmentie 4, 00570 Helsinki.
Application deadline: 11 November 2026 at 11:00.
The participant offering the highest price shall be declared the winner of the auction.
The winner’s security deposit shall be credited towards the purchase price of the vehicle. Deposits shall be returned to the other participants within 15 working days.
To participate, the following documents must be submitted to the organizer at the above address:
- An application in the prescribed form;
- For individuals - a copy of an identity document;
- For legal entities - a copy of the identity document of the legal entity’s representative and a document confirming the state registration of the legal entity in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Finland;
- A copy of the payment document confirming payment of the security deposit.
Documents issued, drawn up or certified in the prescribed form by the competent authorities of foreign states, and executed outside the Republic of Kazakhstan in accordance with the laws of those states in respect of organizations of the Republic of Kazakhstan or foreign persons, shall be accepted by a diplomatic mission or consular post of the Republic of Kazakhstan provided that they have undergone consular legalization or bear an apostille, unless otherwise provided by the legislation and/or an international treaty of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
Documents drawn up in a foreign language shall, when submitted to a diplomatic mission or consular post of the Republic of Kazakhstan, be accompanied by a duly certified translation into Kazakh or Russian.
Auction participants are required to carefully review this notice and the draft agreement and inspect the technical condition of the vehicle before paying the security deposit and submitting applications. Participants may not request any improvements, adjustments or repairs to the vehicle, or exemption from any taxes and fees or from any other expenses related to re-registration or transfer of ownership.
If the auction winner fails to comply with the terms of the agreement within the prescribed period, the winner shall be deemed to have waived the right to purchase the vehicle, and any payments made, including the security deposit, shall not be refunded. Bank charges for transferring the security deposit shall not be refunded to auction participants. Bid rigging and any other forms of unlawful interference are strictly prohibited.

Buyer’s obligations and collection of vehicles:
The buyer offering the highest price must sign the Auction Results Protocol immediately after the auction is concluded.
The buyer must transfer the full purchase price of the vehicle (less the security deposit already paid) within 10 working days from the date of signing the sale and purchase agreement.
All costs associated with the transfer of ownership, payment of taxes (administrative fees), customs duties and other payments related to the purchase of the vehicle shall be borne in full by the buyer.
