To explore opportunities for developing entrepreneurial activities within criminal execution system institutions and assess the economic feasibility of establishing businesses on their premises, the Department of the Criminal Executive System for the Aktobe Region, with the support of the Regional Chamber of Entrepreneurs “Atameken,” invited representatives of the Chamber of Entrepreneurs of the Mughalzhar District, local entrepreneurs, and representatives of local executive bodies.
During the meeting, participants were introduced to opportunities for organizing production activities within criminal execution system institutions, including available production facilities and infrastructure, as well as prospects for establishing mutually beneficial cooperation aimed at providing employment opportunities for convicted persons.
Particular attention was paid to encouraging entrepreneurs to establish new production facilities, organize the manufacture of in-demand products, ensure stable employment for convicted persons, and develop mutually beneficial partnerships with business representatives.
Following the meeting, work is expected to continue on reviewing entrepreneurs’ proposals, identifying promising areas of production, and developing specific measures to attract business entities to criminal execution system institutions.
