The Almaty District Probation Service of Aktobe conducted a survey entitled “One Piece of Advice for a Young Employee” to strengthen intergenerational continuity, support the professional development of young employees, and promote the life experience and wisdom of the older generation.
During the survey, young employees named the people they look up to and highlighted the personal qualities, life principles, and professional attitudes they seek to emulate.
The main goal of this initiative is to strengthen team unity, support the professional growth of young employees, and enhance their sense of responsibility in the performance of their duties.
