A formal ceremony was held at the Department of the Penal Enforcement System, bringing together three significant events: the swearing-in of new employees, the retirement of veteran officers, and the recognition of employees for their dedicated and exemplary service.
During the ceremony, 37 young employees took the Oath of Allegiance, pledging to serve their country faithfully, uphold the law and discipline, and honourably fulfil their official duties. This day marked an important milestone in their professional careers and symbolized their commitment to the responsibilities entrusted to them.
Special words of appreciation were extended to veterans of the penal enforcement system who had devoted many years to service and made a significant contribution to the development of the sector. They were ceremonially seen off into retirement in recognition of their long-standing dedication, high professionalism, and commitment to their chosen profession. Their distinguished careers remain a worthy example for the younger generation of employees.
In recognition of exemplary performance of official duties, high professionalism, and a responsible approach to their work, employees received the “For Impeccable Service” medals of I, II, and III degrees, as well as letters of appreciation and certificates of commendation from the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Committee of the Penal Enforcement System, and the Head of the Department.
During the ceremony, veterans of the penal enforcement system, M. Kupisov and E. Bekenov, were awarded departmental badges of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan. These awards served as well-deserved recognition of their many years of service, dedication to their duties, and significant contribution to the development of the penal enforcement system.
