On October 7, 2026, the East Kazakhstan Higher Pedagogical College named after Abai hosted a meeting with successful women within the framework of the project "Implementation of a comprehensive gender policy aimed at strengthening the social and family foundations of society and developing women's leadership", conducted with the participation of speakers of the Regional Communications Service.
Doctors of Psychology Alina Kuralai Zhumkenovna and Fesenko Natalia Fedorovna acted as trainers.
During the meeting, the participants discussed issues of women's leadership, personal and professional development, building a successful career, combining professional activities and family responsibilities. Special attention was paid to the development of leadership skills, self-confidence, the disclosure of personal potential and the active participation of women in public life.
The speakers shared practical recommendations and personal experiences, answered students' questions and conducted interactive exercises aimed at developing communication and leadership skills.
The event was attended by 90 students from city colleges.
