About the consideration of the appeal

of the electricity supply project and the development of engineering
infrastructure in the 23rd microdistrict
After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:
- Take note of the information.
- Recommend to the state institution "Department
of Housing and Communal Services, Passenger transport and highways of the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk":
1) take measures to implement the project "Construction of power supply networks in the 23rd microdistrict of Ust-Kamenogorsk
East Kazakhstan region";
2) to consider the possibility of developing design estimates for the construction of a storm sewer and sanitation system in the 23rd microdistrict
3) ensure the completion of the development of design estimates for the project "Development of sewage treatment plants in the city
Ust-Kamenogorsk, East Kazakhstan region. Stage II", after which to submit
an appropriate budget application and take measures to implement this project.;
4) ensure prompt troubleshooting of power supply
problems in the 23rd microdistrict;
5) provide for the inspection of problematic areas of the microdistrict and the drainage of surface waters.
- Provide information on the implementation of this resolution to the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat by August 20, 2026.
- Control over the implementation of this resolution is entrusted
to the Commission on infrastructure Development and Housing and communal Services.
