Joint Meeting of the Standing Committees
of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat
On the Implementation of the Decision of the
Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat dated 26 February
2026 No. 42/3-VIII "On the Implementation of the Decision
of the Ust-Kamenogorsk City Maslikhat dated 27 February
2025 No. 32/9 'On the Condition of the Elevator
Infrastructure of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk'"
Having heard the information presented, the Standing Committees RESOLVED:
- To recommend that the State Institution "Department of Housing Relations of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk":
- within the framework of the Rules for Ensuring the Repayment of Funds by Owners of Apartments and Non-Residential Premises Related to the Repair and Replacement of Elevators and the Major Overhaul of Multi-Apartment Residential Buildings in the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk (hereinafter – the Rules), compile:
- a list of elevators most in need of repair or replacement; and
- a list of multi-apartment residential buildings requiring major overhaul;
- prepare the necessary calculations;
- jointly with the State Institution "Department of Economy and Budget Planning of the City of Ust-Kamenogorsk", consider the allocation of budgetary funds during the budget planning process for the implementation of measures related to the repair and replacement of elevator equipment, as well as the major overhaul of multi-apartment residential buildings in accordance with the Rules.
- To report to the City Maslikhat on the progress of the implementation of this Resolution by 1 November 2026.
- To assign oversight of the implementation of this Resolution to the Standing Committee on Infrastructure Development and Housing and Communal Services.
