    On approval of the minimum amount

    of expenses for the management

    of a condominium facility and the maintenance of the common

    property of a condominium facility

    in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk for 2026

    After hearing the information, the commission DECIDED:

    1. Take the information into consideration.
    2. Recommend the State Institution "Department of Housing Relations of the city

    Ust-Kamenogorsk" to submit for approval by the Maslikhat of the city

    Ust-Kamenogorsk draft decision "On approval of the minimum cost of managing a condominium facility and maintaining the common property of a condominium facility in the city of Ust-Kamenogorsk for 2026" by July 15, 2026.

    1. Control over the implementation of this resolution should be entrusted to the permanent commission of the Ust-Kamenogorsk city Maslikhat on infrastructure development and housing and communal services.
